中石化苗栗廠傳工安意外 檢修員遭煤炭掩埋亡
中石化苗栗頭份廠區今天(1日)發生工安意外，一名人氣產品排行榜檢修員在檢修煤炭輸送機時，遭輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋，經搶救脫困時已無生命跡象，送醫不治，事故原因仍待進一步調查。
苗栗縣消防局指出，下午1時45分接獲報案，位於頭份市的中石化廠區發生工人遭煤炭掩埋意外，立即派救護人車及器材車趕往救援，到場時，發現一名工人受困距離地面約15公尺的運送管道間內，遭煤炭掩埋。
消防局表示，據中石化廠區人員描述，因煤倉內的煤炭輸送機故障，30歲蕭姓檢修員在約15公尺高的運送管道間內檢修輸送帶時，不慎被輸送帶上的煤炭掩埋。
為協助傷者脫困，消防隊請廠區人員以乙炔切割機切開鋼板，並架設滑輪組，以籃式擔架將蕭男由高處送至地面，但當時已呈OHCA(到院前心肺功能停止)，隨即由救護車送往為恭醫院搶救，仍宣告不治。
事發後，中石化主管代表公司慰問家屬，允諾提供必要協助，同時啟動內部調查，希望釐清事發原因。（中央社）
日本羽球公開賽 陳宏麟王齊麟挺進男雙8強
（中央社記者龍柏安台北13日電）今年羽球世錦賽銅牌組合陳宏麟與王齊麟，今天在日本羽球公開賽男雙16強，靠著強力甩尾擺脫對手追擊，以21比16、21比15橫掃丹麥組合，成為唯一晉級8強的台灣組合。
總獎金70萬美元（約新台幣2176萬）的日本羽球公開賽，屬世界巡迴賽超級750系列，也是僅次3站超級1000系列的大賽，台灣單打一哥與一姊、周天成和戴資穎雙雙落馬，僅剩男雙陳宏麟與王齊麟的「雙麟配」，孤軍闖關成功。
世界排名11的「雙麟配」，今碰上世界排名第9的奧斯陸（Kim Astrup）與拉斯穆森（Anders Skaarup Rasmussen），首局在15比15平手時，強拉一波6比1攻勢先馳得點。
次局「雙麟配」開局橫遭亂流，最多以3比9落後，兩人靠著耐心周旋，比賽中段先追成14比14平，接下來再用一波7比1攻勢擺脫對手追擊，順利搶下8強門票。
「雙麟配」明天8強對手，將是世界排名29的南韓組合徐承宰與金元昊，兩組人馬過去僅交手1次，就是上個月在雅加達舉辦的亞運男雙首輪，當時「雙麟配」和對手苦戰3局後，以12比21、21比15、17比21吞敗。
不過，亞運期間，王齊麟因練球時不慎扭傷腳踝，影響兩人發揮，這次兩組人馬相隔僅半個月，又在日本公開賽碰頭，也給了「雙麟配」報仇的好機會。（編輯：梁君棣）1070913
